Job Title: Senior SAP Basis Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Basis Consultant with expertise in SAP HANA, S4 HANA, and Public or Private Cloud (GCP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Basis tasks, including installations, upgrades, and maintenance, as well as experience in project implementation, incident management, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems, including SAP ECC, S4HANA, BOBJ, SAC, BW4HANA, GRC, Datasphere, BTP, Sol.Man, and LAMA.
2. Manage SAP Basis tasks, such as upgrades, SSO configuration, SSL certificate installation, and support package application.
3. Maintain operation modes, profile parameters, and background job management.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve critical and complex tickets.
5. Create root cause analysis for critical issues.
6. Implement preventive measures to reduce future defects.
7. Provide technical assistance to team members.
8. Execute continuous improvement activities to improve team performance.
9. Monitor SAP SOLMAN 7.2, system logs, work processes, and lock entries.
10. Perform system refresh tasks, client copies, and GCP monitoring.
11. Configure Early Watch and analyze system health checks.
12. Optimize performance using SQL traces and SAP HANA in-memory Platform core technology.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in SAP Basis consulting.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP HANA and S4 HANA.
3. 2-3 years of experience in Public or Private Cloud (GCP).
4. Strong expertise in SAP Basis tasks, including installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
5. Experience in SAP Backup and Recovery, HANA DB Administration, and High Availability and Disaster Recovery.
6. Knowledge of SAP BTP capabilities, hardware, operating systems (LINUX), and networking connectivity.
7. Experience in system refresh tasks, client copies, and monitoring SAP SOLMAN 7.2.
8. Skills in Linux are required.
