Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant to join our team in Thane, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP BASIS, with a strong background in S/4 HANA implementations and support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems.
2. Participate in S/4 HANA implementations and support projects.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
4. Manage system upgrades and patches.
5. Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
7. Provide training and support to end-users.
8. Conduct system audits and security checks.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
10. Identify and implement process improvements.
11. Provide 24/7 on-call support as needed.
12. Ensure data integrity and consistency during upgrades.
13. Lead and mentor junior team members.
14. Stay up-to-date with SAP product releases and updates.
15. Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements:

1. 5 - 7 years of experience in SAP BASIS consulting.
2. Participation in at least 1 S/4 HANA implementation and 1 support project.
3. Strong expertise in SAP BASIS.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
