Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Performance Engineer to ensure the optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP performance engineering and tuning, with a strong understanding of SAP modules, performance monitoring tools, and database tuning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of SAP systems.
2. Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues using SAP performance monitoring tools.
3. Tune SAP systems for optimal performance, including database tuning.
4. Conduct load testing and performance testing using tools like LoadRunner and JMeter.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP system performance and scalability.
6. Stay up-to-date with SAP architecture, ABAP programming, and SAP Basis.
7. Experience with cloud-based SAP performance optimization (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
8. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices related to SAP systems.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in SAP performance engineering and tuning.
2. Expertise in SAP modules like ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and others.
3. Proficiency in SAP performance monitoring tools like SAP Solution Manager, SAP Performance Trace, ST12, ST03N, and SAP EarlyWatch reports.
4. Strong understanding of database tuning for SAP systems (Oracle, SAP HANA, SQL Server).
5. Experience with load testing and performance testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter).
6. Knowledge of SAP architecture, ABAP programming, and SAP Basis.
7. SAP Performance Certification is a plus.
