Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Lead with expertise in SAP implementation, S4HANA, Solman 7.1, and NetWeaver. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP BASIS administration, including system installations, upgrades, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead SAP BASIS team and provide technical guidance.
2. Manage SAP system installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
5. Develop and implement SAP BASIS strategies and procedures.
6. Ensure system performance, security, and compliance.
7. Manage SAP Solman 7.1 and NetWeaver configurations.
8. Provide training and support to junior team members.
9. Conduct system audits and security checks.
10. Develop and maintain technical documentation.
11. Participate in project planning and implementation.
12. Manage system refreshes and client copies.
13. Monitor system logs and work processes.
14. Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues.
15. Stay up-to-date with SAP product releases and updates.

Requirements:

1. 6 to 8 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration.
2. Strong expertise in SAP implementation, S4HANA, Solman 7.1, and NetWeaver.
3. Experience in leading a team and providing technical guidance.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
