Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Lead Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Basis Administration, with a focus on FIORI, HANA, Java, Solman, and Oracle Database.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead SAP Basis implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
2. Ensure successful delivery of projects, meeting timelines and quality standards.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
4. Develop and maintain documentation and procedures.
5. Stay up-to-date with SAP product releases and updates.
6. Provide training and support to end-users.
7. Manage system upgrades and patches.
8. Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
9. Participate in project planning and implementation.
10. Conduct system audits and security checks.
11. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
12. Identify and implement process improvements.
13. Provide 24/7 on-call support as needed.
14. Ensure data integrity and consistency during upgrades.
15. Lead and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
2. Strong expertise in FIORI, HANA, Java, Solman, and Oracle Database.
3. Experience in leading implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
