Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP BASIS Administration, with a focus on S/4 HANA.

Responsibilities:

1. Installation and maintenance of various SAP products.
2. Implement management techniques, table partition, compression techniques, and SQL performance optimization.
3. Participate in planning and upgrade of SAP systems.
4. Perform SAP refresh activities.
5. Maintain the integrity of SAP environment.
6. Apply Support packs and perform kernel upgrade.
7. Distribute the SAP user workload and monitor and manage the SAP background job workload.
8. Maintain performance of SAP systems by planning and executing SAP tuning strategies.
9. Perform health check of all SAP systems.
10. Perform SAP client administration (create/copy/delete) as required.
11. Develop and maintain system documentation for all SAP instances.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in S/4 HANA.
3. Experience in OS/DB migration.
4. Knowledge of backup/recovery tools.
5. Experience in manufacturing/automobile industry (preferred but not mandatory).
6. SAP Certification (good to have but not mandatory).
