Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS - HANA Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP BASIS Administration, with a focus on HANA.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and maintain SAP HANA systems.
2. Perform SAP HANA upgrades, patches, and updates.
3. Monitor and optimize SAP HANA system performance.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HANA technical issues.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
6. Develop and maintain documentation and procedures.
7. Stay up-to-date with SAP product releases and updates.
8. Provide training and support to end-users.
9. Manage system upgrades and patches.
10. Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
11. Participate in project planning and implementation.
12. Conduct system audits and security checks.
13. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
14. Identify and implement process improvements.
15. Provide 24/7 on-call support as needed.

Requirements:

1. 3-7 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration.
2. Strong expertise in HANA.
3. Experience in SAP HANA installation, configuration, and maintenance.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
