Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS & HANA Administrator/Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP BASIS administration, HANA database management, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage SAP system installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
- Develop and implement SAP BASIS strategies and procedures
- Ensure system performance, security, and compliance
- Conduct system monitoring, backup, and recovery
- Manage HANA database administration, including performance tuning and optimization
- Ensure data consistency and integrity during system upgrades and migrations
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in project planning and implementation
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
- Collaborate with SAP development teams to resolve technical issues
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and standards
- Stay up-to-date with SAP product releases and updates
- Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 system support
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP BASIS administration and HANA database management
- Strong expertise in SAP BASIS operations and HANA database administration
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
