Job Description:
- Working knowledge in Linux operating system to handle SAP Basis and DB commands and administration
- Experience in performing different types of client copies and related activities
- Know-how of SAP add-on upgrade, Support package upgrade
- SAP system installation and end-to-end provisioning
- Installing SAP systems on Public cloud (Azure/GCP) with any DB is an added advantage
- Experience in handling public and private cloud administration
Responsibilities:
- Creating, maintaining, testing, and debugging the entire back end of an application or system
- Collaborating effectively with product development and customer-facing teams to enable robust automation and seamless operations
- Handling outages and scheduled activities during shifts
- Researching, developing, and implementing new tools and processes to improve and automate Operational Support
- Owning and continuously improving service offerings
