Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis consultant with:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Basis
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of SAP New Dimension products and DBA experience on HANA, Sybase, and Maxdb
• Experience in migrations, technical upgrades, and DB upgrades
• Experience in activities like refresh/client copy, kernel upgrades, and patching
• Leadership qualities and proven track record of client handling
• Good communicative skills and willingness to learn new technologies

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and support SAP technical infrastructure components
• Performance tuning, installations, documentation, upgrades, and monitoring of SAP applications
• Capacity planning activities and participation in sizing and SAP archiving activities
• Develop and maintain UNIX shell scripts for monitoring alerts and process automation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant SAP Certification
• Solution Manager Configuration knowledge and CPI/IS knowledge
• Experience in setting up system replications, high availability, and disaster recovery
