Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Basis Consultant with expertise in security and S/4HANA Launchpad optimization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience on S/4HANA private cloud, with strong initiative, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and expertise in key Basis tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage Basis activities for S/4HANA projects, focusing on security, version management, and performance optimization
2. Implement and manage VPN SSL for secure access to SAP environments
3. Optimize the speed and performance of Fiori Launchpad on S/4HANA private cloud
4. Manage SAP OSS notes and handle ticket management to ensure timely resolution of issues
5. Perform version management, parameter setting, and maintain system stability
6. Use critical SAP transaction codes such as PFCG for role management, and troubleshoot networking issues
7. Actively troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Basis, Fiori, and security
8. Take initiative in identifying and implementing improvements in system performance and security
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and security compliance
10. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior consultants and project teams
11. Participate in system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Basis with a focus on S/4HANA environments
2. At least 2 years of experience on S/4HANA private cloud
3. Expertise in security, Fiori Launchpad optimization, version management, and key Basis tasks
4. Proven leadership experience in at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA projects
5. Strong understanding of SAP security concepts and best practices
6. Hands-on experience with SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP NetWeaver, and networking issues
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, initiative, and ability to work under pressure
8. Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Skills:

1. SAP Certification in S/4HANA and/or Basis Administration
2. Experience with cloud infrastructure and services
3. Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and other SAP tools
