Job Summary:

Lead and manage SAP projects and BASIS administration tasks, ensuring successful project delivery and effective system management. Optimize SAP functionalities, handle upgrades and migrations, and support business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end SAP projects, including planning, budgeting, and timeline management.
2. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
3. Develop and manage detailed project plans, including task dependencies and milestones.
4. Coordinate and manage project teams and resources, including vendors.
5. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
6. Facilitate requirement gathering, process definition, and alignment with SAP functionalities.
7. Manage vendor relationships and contracts for timely and quality delivery.
8. Conduct project status updates, support change management, and post-implementation reviews.
9. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates and managing expectations.
10. Oversee SAP BASIS/Netweaver/ABAP Administration, including HANA, Sybase, and MaxDB.
11. Handle DB migrations, technical upgrades, client copies, kernel upgrades, and patching.
12. Support archiving, system replications, high availability, and disaster recovery.
13. Provide leadership and manage client relationships.
14. Solve and coordinate RCA for critical system issues.
15. Engage in continuous learning and stay updated on new technologies.
16. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards.
17. Develop and maintain technical documentation.
18. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth SAP operations.
19. Participate in system design, planning, and implementation.
20. Stay up-to-date with latest SAP technologies and trends.

Relevant SAP Certification and knowledge of Solution Manager/CPI is a plus.
