Job Summary:
We are seeking a Jr SAP Basis Consultant with at least 1 year of experience in Basis, having hands-on experience in S/4 or ECC implementation or support projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Atleast 1 E2E implementation experience as a Basis Consultant in S/4 or ECC or 2 Support Project Experience in handling & solutioning L1, L2 & L3 tickets.
- Handling Customer and resolution within SLA
- Good Communication skills
- Effective team player
- Ready to work in shifts with different Country Time zone
- Flexible for Hybrid working model
- Quick Joiner
- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth SAP operations
- Participate in system design, planning, and implementation
- Ensure system security, performance, and availability
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Stay up-to-date with latest SAP technologies and trends
- Provide on-site support for SAP systems
- Work on implementation and support projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements
- Analyze and resolve technical issues
- Develop and implement solutions to improve system performance
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards
