Job Title: SAP Basis Senior Consultant

Job Summary:
The SAP Sr. Basis Administrator is responsible for the technical implementation, maintenance, and support of SAP systems, ensuring high performance, availability, and security.

SAP Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration and technical support
• Proficiency in SAP system installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Knowledge of SAP architecture, components, and technologies
• Experience with SAP system upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning
• Understands database administration concepts, particularly with SAP HANA
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies

Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems and related components
• Performance Tuning: Monitor system performance, analyze bottlenecks, and implement optimization measures
• System Upgrades and Patch Management: Plan and execute SAP system upgrades and patch management
• System Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor system health, identify and resolve issues, and respond to system alerts
• RedHat OS security patching update: Help customers update RedHat OS security patching
• Oracle Bundle patch update: Plan and execute quarterly Oracle bundle patch updates
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain technical documentation and share knowledge
• Project Support: Provide technical support and expertise for SAP implementation projects

Business Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Understands business processes and functionality related to SAP modules/applications
• Ability to research and perform detailed tasks
• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
