Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Admin to join our team at Best Apps. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP system migration, installations, and OS/DB migrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform SAP system migration to AWS cloud
- Extensive experience in SAP Installations and OS/DB Migrations
- Architecting and supporting solutions for SAP ECC, EP, SAP HANA, BW on HANA, SLD, Process Integration (PI/PO), CRM, BOBJ BI/BODS, GRC, JAVA systems, etc.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of SAP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
- Develop and implement SAP BASIS strategies and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with latest SAP technologies and trends
- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Foundry, and Kyma
- Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with SAP system upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning
- Understands database administration concepts, particularly with SAP HANA
