Job Title: SAP BASIS Consultant

Position: Full-time

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: PAN India

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand SAP Landscape architecture and underlying technologies (ECC, Solution Manager, BW, CRM, SRM, GRC, etc.)
• Expertise in Installation, Upgrade, and OS/DB Migration
• Experience with old ERP systems for day-to-day customer support
• Administer SAP database with BRTOOLS and Java Stack
• Lead and handle teams with Solution Manager Administration knowledge (add-on)
• Evaluate and resolve issues with HANA Administration expertise
• Familiarity with LIBELLE (System Refresh Tool) and Cloud Technology (add-ons)
• Design Landscape based on Business requirements
• Perform System Refresh, Client Copy, TMS, Printer Configuration, Job Scheduling, etc.
• Manage Tickets & Tasks within defined SLAs
• Collaborate with Service Desk for incident & problem resolution
• Participate in release upgrades and new functionality assessments
• Support multiple testing scenarios
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability to changing priorities

Requirements:

• 8+ years of SAP BASIS experience
• Strong understanding of SAP Landscape architecture and technologies
• Expertise in Installation, Upgrade, and OS/DB Migration
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
