Job Description:

We are seeking experienced SAP Basis professionals to join our team across various locations in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Basis administration, troubleshooting, and consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and security
• Develop and implement system optimization strategies
• Provide expertise in SAP Basis administration and best practices
• Conduct system upgrades and patches
• Monitor system performance and capacity planning
• Ensure compliance with SAP security and audit standards
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Provide training and support to junior team members
• Stay up-to-date with new SAP technologies and trends
• Participate in project planning and implementation
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements
• Develop solutions to meet business needs
• Ensure high system availability and performance
• Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and changes
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure system consistency
• Implement SAP Basis security and authorizations
• Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans
