Summary:

As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Sets up, manages, and maintains program/project Plan
2. Executes the project plan, documents meeting minutes, Risk Register, Action Items Log, Issues Log, Decisions Log, status reports, project permissions, etc.
3. Follows up with action owners to close out action items
4. Knowledge on SAP Basis and SAP Upgrade Projects is needed
5. Coordinates tests plan and ensures stakeholders are aligned for all phases (SIT, UAT, Dry Run, and Cutover)
6. Leads and manages cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
7. Develops and maintains technical documentation for SAP BASIS activities
8. Collaborates with SAP project teams to ensure smooth SAP operations
9. Participates in SAP project implementations and provides technical expertise
10. Stays up-to-date with latest SAP technologies and trends
11. Identifies and implements process improvements for SAP system operations
12. Ensures compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards
13. Supports SAP system integration with other applications
14. Analyzes and resolves SAP system errors and issues
15. Develops and maintains relationships with clients and stakeholders

Professional & Technical Skills:

1. Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration
2. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Energy Fundamentals
3. Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms
4. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
5. Hands-on implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms
6. Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity

Additional Information:

• This position is based at our Hyderabad office
• A 15 years full-time education is required
• Qualifications: 15 years full-time education
