Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter with extensive SAP Technical Experience to join our team as an SAP Technical Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage SAP technical teams and projects.
2. Develop and implement SAP technical strategies and solutions.
3. Provide expertise in SAP Basis, Programming (HANA, ON PREMIS), and other SAP technical areas.
4. Manage full SAP implementation life cycle with enterprise solutions (Core SAP ECC or S4/HANA).
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation programs and business change initiatives (ideally S4/HANA).
6. Develop and maintain knowledge of Basis, Hana, Solution Manager (SolMan), ABAP, FIORI, BTP, and SAP GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance).

Requirements:

1. Extensive SAP Technical Experience.
2. Deep expertise and/or certifications in SAP Basis or Programming (HANA, ON PREMIS).
3. Previous experience performing full SAP implementation life cycle with enterprise solutions (Core SAP ECC or S4/HANA).
4. Exposure to transformation programs and business change initiatives (ideally S4/HANA).
5. Knowledge of Basis, Hana, Solution Manager (SolMan).
6. Hands-on experience developing ABAP, FIORI, BTP.
7. Experience with SAP GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance).
8. Experience managing teams and projects.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
10. Ability to build professional relationships at all levels across the business.
