Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Lead Consultant with expertise in SAP Basis administration, FIORI, HANA, Java, Solman, and Oracle Database. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading SAP Basis teams and managing complex SAP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead SAP Basis teams and manage complex SAP projects
2. Manage SAP system installations, upgrades, and maintenance
3. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
5. Develop and implement SAP Basis strategies and procedures
6. Ensure system performance, security, and compliance
7. Manage FIORI, HANA, and Java configurations
8. Conduct Solman and Oracle Database administration
9. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
10. Participate in project planning and implementation

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration
2. Strong expertise in FIORI, HANA, Java, Solman, and Oracle Database
3. Experience in leading SAP Basis teams and managing complex SAP projects
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills
