Job Description:

We are seeking experienced SAP BASIS Consultants to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidates will have expertise in SAP BASIS Administration, with a focus on installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems, including SAP ERP, SAP HANA, and SAP BW.
2. Perform SAP system upgrades, patches, and updates.
3. Monitor and optimize SAP system performance.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP technical issues.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
6. Develop and maintain documentation and procedures.
7. Stay up-to-date with SAP product releases and updates.
8. Provide training and support to end-users.
9. Manage system upgrades and patches.
10. Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
11. Participate in project planning and implementation.
12. Conduct system audits and security checks.
13. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
14. Identify and implement process improvements.
15. Provide 24/7 on-call support as needed.

Requirements:

1. 5-6 years (L2) or 7-10 years (L3) of experience in SAP BASIS Administration.
2. Strong expertise in SAP installation, configuration, and maintenance.
3. Experience in SAP HANA and SAP BW.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
