Job Title: SAP BASIS Consultant

Job Description:

HCLTech Lucknow is seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant with expertise in SAP BASIS administration, including system installations, upgrades, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP BASIS operations and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage SAP system landscapes, including ECC, S/4HANA, and BW/4HANA
2. Perform SAP system upgrades, patches, and maintenance
3. Ensure data consistency and integrity during system upgrades and migrations
4. Develop and maintain technical documentation
5. Participate in project planning and implementation
6. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
7. Collaborate with SAP development teams to resolve technical issues
8. Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and standards
9. Stay up-to-date with SAP product releases and updates
10. Manage SAP Basis security and authorizations
11. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
12. Conduct system monitoring, backup, and recovery
13. Manage SAP HANA database administration
14. Ensure system performance, security, and compliance
15. Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 system support

Requirements:

1. 5-12 years of experience in SAP Basis administration
2. Strong expertise in SAP Basis operations
3. Experience working with cross-functional teams
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills
6. SAP HANA experience preferred
7. SAP certification preferred
