Job Title: SAP Basis Administrator
Senior Positions (2): 7-10 years of experience
Mid-Level Position (1): 5-8 years of experience

Key Responsibilities (Senior):
- Lead SAP Basis team and provide technical guidance and mentorship
- Design and implement SAP system landscapes, including SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP BW
- Develop and maintain SAP system architecture and infrastructure
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of SAP systems
- Manage SAP upgrades, patches, and updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
- Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Manage SAP user administration, security, and authorizations
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards
- Participate in project planning, execution, and deployment
- Stay up-to-date with SAP product releases and industry trends
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts
- Develop and manage SAP system monitoring and reporting
- Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Key Responsibilities (Mid-Level):
- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems, including SAP ERP and SAP BW
- Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Assist in SAP upgrades, patches, and updates
- Collaborate with senior Basis administrators to ensure smooth system operations
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in project planning, execution, and deployment
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Assist in SAP user administration, security, and authorizations
- Stay up-to-date with SAP product releases and industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in SAP Basis administration (Senior)
- 5-8 years of experience in SAP Basis administration (Mid-Level)
- Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture, installation, and configuration
- Experience with SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP BW
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- SAP certification in Basis administration (desired)
