Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Admin to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in providing 24x7 support on a rotational basis to ensure operations of critical systems for different customers.
2. Monitor SAP applications using Solution Manager, record and advise team members and management on issues and needed adjustments.
3. Maintain and major Availability systems: Perform Health Checks – production/Non-production.
4. Provide operational support in the integration of SAP infrastructure.
5. Knowledge of Batch Jobs, Interface, Channel monitoring.
6. Ability to troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems. Provide RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for basis technical issues to customers.
7. Understanding of Kernel upgrades.
8. Maintain documentation on system configurations, maintenance processes, and schedules.
9. Ability to perform Admin activities, system copy, and system installation, upgrade activities.

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. 2 or more years of experience managing SAP technologies as a basis administrator in a medium or large size firm.
2. 2 years of experience in SAP BASIS in multiple SAP Products.
