Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Lead Consultants - SAP Basis to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage SAP Basis teams and projects.
2. Provide expertise in SAP Basis, HANA, and related technologies.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP projects.
4. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of SAP systems.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP Basis issues.
6. Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP Basis, HANA, and related technologies.
7. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
8. Experience with SAP system architecture, landscape, and best practices.
9. Proficiency in SAP system installations, upgrades, and migrations.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
12. SAP certifications in relevant areas (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) are a plus.
13. Experience with SAP system monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
14. Experience with SAP backup and recovery procedures.
15. Knowledge of SAP system security and authorizations.
16. Ability to perform Admin activities, system copy, and system installation, upgrade activities.
17. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
18. Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
19. Ability to build professional relationships at all levels across the business.
20. Experience with leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
