Job Description: SAP Basis Platform Administrator (7-10 yrs)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Platform Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in supporting SAP BW and Java system upgrades, configuring and managing BW systems on HANA platform, and troubleshooting SAP NetWeaver portal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support SAP BW and Java system upgrade topics
- Configure and manage BW systems on HANA platform
- Support and perform System refresh on BW and NetWeaver portal systems
- Troubleshoot SAP NetWeaver portal systems
- Knowledge on SAML, SSL Certificate updates
- Web dispatcher, cloud connector, and DPA (data provisioning agent) configuration knowledge
- Troubleshoot performance and transport issues
- Manage and support HANA Database, performance optimization
- Coordinate with infrastructure colleagues on patching activities
- Perform system monitoring (Basis checks, Hana DB checks, BW process chain monitoring)
- Handle incoming incidents and service requests
- Provide SAP Basis support for multiple projects, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders
- Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures and generate regular reports on system health and EWA
- Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements
- Established procedures for implementing multiple network segments, isolating data traffic between SAP and Non-Systems systems
- Configurating source and target systems connectivity (Ex: SAP ERP systems to BW systems)
- Good to have BW modeling knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth SAP operations
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP BASIS activities
- Stay up-to-date with latest SAP technologies and trends
