Job Description:
- Knowledge in Operational Support areas in SAP Basis
- Basic Knowledge of SAP HANA Database
- STMS Transport Management System configuration and knowledge on Routes
- SAP Printing Analysis and Troubleshooting
- Manage and Support SAP Technical Infrastructure components that run on ABAP and/or JAVA stacks
- Performance Analysis and Troubleshooting
- SAP EWA Generation and Analysis
- Solution Manager Basics
- Any experience in Cloud-based Operational areas
- Co-ordinating with Technical teams
- Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Troubleshooting and resolving SAP system issues
- Monitoring SAP system performance and taking corrective actions
- Assisting in SAP system upgrades and patching
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for SAP project implementations
- Providing 24/7 support for SAP system issues
- Participating in knowledge sharing and training sessions
- Staying up-to-date with latest SAP technologies and trends
- Assisting in documentation and reporting of SAP system activities
- Coordinating with vendors for SAP system support and services
- Identifying and implementing process improvements for SAP system operations
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate or Engineering as per Organization Policies
Work Schedule:
- Willing to work in Shifts - 24 x 7 x 365 Days Support Project (weekend might not be off sometimes) rotational shift including night shifts.
