Must-Have:

• Experience with multiple SAP components such as SAP S/4 HANA, FIORI, PI/PO, BOBJ, SAP SLD, etc.
• Hands-on experience with database technologies MS SQL and HANA

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP System monitoring and health check
2. Analyzing ST22 and OS logs
3. Incident management in SNOW and ALM
4. HANA and SQL Database patching maintenance
5. Provide Basis support to other functional teams as per the requirements
6. Manage database backups and recovery
7. SAP OSS implementation and review
8. Day-to-day BAU support and issue resolutions
9. Good understanding of Solution Manager Charm
10. HANA replication, system copy, and database refresh
11. Monitoring the SAP background Job and related issues
12. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
13. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth SAP operations
14. Participating in system design, planning, and implementation
15. Ensuring system security, performance, and availability
