• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP Basis
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth SAP operations
• Performing system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
• Ensuring high availability and performance of SAP systems
• Managing SAP system landscape, including development, quality, and production systems
• Implementing and maintaining SAP security and authorizations
• Monitoring SAP system performance and optimizing system resources
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP database and operating system
• Collaborating with SAP functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation for SAP Basis activities
• Participating in SAP project implementations and providing technical expertise
• Ensuring compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards
