Job Description: SAP BASIS Lead 

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Vizag

Experience: 10-15 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have overall experience of 10 years in SAP BASIS and experience in senior Basis roles, exposure to full life-cycle SAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the SAP BASIS team and ensure successful project delivery
2. Manage and maintain SAP systems, including SAP HANA Database, S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Solution manager, and other platforms
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth SAP operations
4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
5. Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP BASIS activities
6. Stay up-to-date with latest SAP technologies and trends
7. Identify and implement process improvements for SAP system operations
8. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards
9. Support SAP system integration with other applications
10. Analyze and resolve SAP system errors and issues
11. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
12. Participate in SAP project implementations and provide technical expertise
13. Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
14. Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects
15. Collaborate with SAP project teams to ensure successful project delivery
16. Perform SAP BASIS activities as needed in different phases of the project
17. Close collaboration with Project technical and functional teams
18. Drives governance and ensures the integrity of SAP environments leveraging best practices
19. Manage and maintain SAP security and authorization concepts
20. Experience with SAP RISE working with SAP ECS and BTP platform is an added advantage

Additional Requirements:

• Strong experience in ongoing service side of SAP BASIS Administration
• Experience and deep understanding of SAP performance tuning, system monitoring, and SAP Archiving
• Working experience with project teams to plan different project phases
• Deep understanding of SAP cloud products such as Ariba/Concur/Success Factor
• Ability to work with blended Basis team (internal + multiple service partners + SAP ECS)
