Job Description:

1. Must have 8+ years of experience as Hands-on SAP Basis Consultant
2. Must have worked on Implementation/Upgrade and Support Projects
3. Should be good with Patch updates and version upgrades
4. Must be good in troubleshooting and working with SAP directly
5. Must have worked in Customer facing position
6. Must be able to gather the requirements and work with Customer directly
7. Good communication skills are must
8. Lead and manage SAP BASIS projects
9. Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements
10. Design and implement SAP BASIS solutions
11. Conduct system testing and quality assurance
12. Provide training and support to team members
13. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards
14. Manage and maintain SAP system landscapes
15. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
16. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration
17. Analyze and resolve complex technical issues
18. Develop and maintain technical documentation
19. Stay up-to-date with latest SAP technologies and trends
20. Participate in knowledge sharing and training sessions
21. Experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and cloud-based solutions
22. Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and infrastructure
