1. Monitor SAP system health and performance.
2. Perform daily system checks and troubleshooting.
3. Maintain documentation.
4. Handle user queries and issues.
5. Escalate complex issues to seniors.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth SAP operations.
7. Participate in system design, planning, and implementation.
8. Ensure system security, performance, and availability.
9. Develop and maintain technical documentation.
10. Stay up-to-date with latest SAP technologies and trends.
11. Provide training and support to junior team members.
12. Participate in knowledge sharing and training sessions.
13. Analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
14. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration.
15. Manage and maintain SAP system landscapes.
16. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
17. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards.
18. Experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and cloud-based solutions.
19. Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and infrastructure.
20. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
