Shift Timings:
- ASIA: 7 am to 4 pm IST
- Poland & Europe: 12.30 pm to 9.30 pm IST
- US, Canada & Brazil: 6 pm to 3 am IST
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:
- In-depth SAP BASIS skills with fluent spoken English
- Experience in E2E customer engagement and delivery of contractual agreements and services for SAP Cloud Customers
- Knowledge of Project Management Fundamentals, ITIL, and Lean Fundamentals
- Cloud architecture and IT technical infrastructure know-how
- Technical and application expertise for different cloud solutions (min. HEC & S/4HANA)
- Understanding of escalation handling and procedures
- Experience working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
