We're hiring: Release Manager

Experience: 10+ years (GCP hosting preferred)

Location: Remote (Offshore)

Requirements:

1. SAP Basis Administration experience with Cloud-hosted environments (preferably GCP).
2. Strong in release planning, coordination, and execution.
3. Skilled in risk management, process improvement, and stakeholder communication.
4. Maintain accurate release documentation.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement release strategies and plans.
2. Coordinate and execute releases across multiple environments.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth releases.
4. Identify and mitigate risks associated with releases.
5. Continuously improve release management processes.
6. Communicate release plans and status to stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
8. Manage and maintain accurate release documentation.
9. Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in release management.
