Job Description:

Our client is seeking experienced SAP Basis Consultants to join a high-growth organization. As a SAP Basis Consultant, you will:

• Coordinate with SAP TQM and TSM on a daily basis
• Lead and mentor a team of SAP Basis consultants
• Manage workload distribution and prioritize tasks for efficient project delivery
• Design, implement, and maintain SAP landscapes, including HANA databases and application
• Monitor system performance and capacity, proactively identifying and resolving issues
• Analyze and optimize HANA database environments
• Implement security measures and compliance standards
• Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to define requirements and implement SAP solutions
• Participate in planning system upgrades, migrations, and other projects
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project updates

Requirements:

• Experienced SAP Basis Consultants
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and project management skills
