We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead - SAP Basis Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our SAP environment, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of SAP Basis consultants
- Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of SAP environment
- Provide deep technical expertise in SAP Basis
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
- Develop and implement SAP Basis strategies and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with latest SAP technologies and trends
- Experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and cloud-based solutions
- Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture and infrastructure
- Experience with SAP Basis migration and upgrade strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Foundry, and Kyma
- Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
