Language Requirement:
Fluency in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean is mandatory.

Job Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of:
• IT Service Management
• SAP Basis
• SAP Cloud
• SAP Applications
• Hands-on experience with:
• SAP Basis activities
• SAP release version upgrades
• Infrastructure updates for cloud customers
• SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or other cloud solutions
• Infrastructure operations, network, interfaces, and Load Balancer topics
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to:
• Form the big picture quickly
• Devise a path to a solution
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
