Experience: 7 - 12 years

Salary: 14-22.5 Lacs P.A.

Location: Hyderabad

Role and Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HEC (HANA Enterprise Cloud)
• Provide performance tuning, problem analysis, upgrades, and system administration for HANA Databases and SAP instances
• EWA report analysis for weekly system checks with documentation
• Setup, configuration, troubleshooting of Solution Manager
• Hands-on experience with SAP Basis support using ITSM, cHARM, ServiceNow, CA Service desk tools
• Knowledge of maintenance cycle close using cHARM
• Good knowledge of SAP BTP Platform, SAP Support portal, SSO Configuration, SSL Certificates configuration
• Good working knowledge of SAP Cloud Connector, DP Agent configuration, and maintenance
• Install, configure, maintain, and support SAP systems
• Demonstrated experience in SAP Basis administration
• Maintain SAP ERP, SAP BW, SLT, and SAP Solution Manager landscapes
• Provide daily support to production support team and end-users
