• Maintain and monitor Availability systems
• Perform Health Checks on production and non-production systems
• Provide operational support for SAP infrastructure integration
• Knowledge of:
• Batch Jobs
• Interface and Channel monitoring
• Troubleshooting and analyzing technical problems
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for basis technical issues
• Kernel upgrades
• System documentation and maintenance processes
• Perform Admin activities:
• System copy and installation
• Upgrade activities
• ABAP Stack:
• Understanding of ABAP system architecture
• Work processes and directory structure
• Performance/Response times analysis
• System logs and runtime dumps analysis
• ABAP memory structure and troubleshooting
• Security Audit Log
• Client administration:
• Client copy administrations
• Transport Management
• SAP Security Knowledge required
• HANA DB:
• Understanding of HANA architecture
• Monitoring of HANA system resources
• Analysis using HANA Logs/Traces/runtime dumps
• Backup and recovery strategy
• HANA DB Troubleshooting
• HANA Replication Server
• File systems monitoring
• Oracle DB and DB2:
• Monitoring
• OS commands knowledge
