Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administration professional to provide technical support and troubleshooting for critical business systems. The ideal candidate will have expert proficiency in SAP Basis Administration, strong understanding of SAP system architecture, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Basis Administration
- Identify and resolve issues within multiple components of the systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve technical issues
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
- Document and communicate technical solutions and best practices
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Basis Administration
- Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and components
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP systems
- Knowledge of SAP system monitoring and performance optimization techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Additional Information:
- 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration required
- Strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Proven track record of providing effective application support
