- Lead onsite/onshore and offshore teams
- Project management experience is an added advantage
- Strong communication and technical skills
- Work independently and assist team members
- Maintain large SAP landscapes
- Hands-on experience with DB2, HANA databases, and AIX/LINUX/WINDOWS environments
- SAP installation and upgrade experience
- Experience with SAP upgrades, migrations, support package stack, and kernel upgrades/updates
- Strong experience supporting various SAP modules (ECC, CRM, SRM, BW, S/4HANA, etc.)
- Experience with Solution Manager scenarios and SAP Hybris environment
- Interface integration knowledge
- CTS+ configuration and administration experience
- UI5 configuration expertise
- SAP Fiori implementation and administration experience
- SAP Systems Management experience in On-premises and Cloud
- Homogeneous and Heterogeneous System Copies and Refreshes experience
- SOA configuration experience in S/4HANA and ECC systems
- Single sign-on (SSO) solutions configuration and troubleshooting experience
- SSL configuration experience in ABAP, JAVA, and Web Dispatchers
- SAP LaMa experience
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- SAP Performance monitoring and tuning experience
- Web/Internet-based protocols understanding
- Teamwork, self-management, and multi-tasking abilities
- Service Now experience for Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Good documentation and presentation skills
