- Handling L1-L2 tickets and troubleshooting
- SAP Security, daily monitoring, and SAP housekeeping process
- Database installation, upgrade, and management
- Cloud platform knowledge (added advantage)
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SOLMAN, Support/Project
- SAP Audit knowledge
- Must-haves:
- Solution Manager knowledge (7.2 managed system setup, system recommendation)
- Hands-on experience with system refresh using Oracle backup/restore method and system copies
- Windows experience
- SAP OSS router setup and saproutab file setup knowledge
- Toolset tools experience (SPAM, SUM, SWPM)
- EP portal administration and monitoring, SSO configuration
- Service Now experience (added advantage)
- Firewall, port opening, internal/external networks knowledge
