Job Description:

• Manage SAP environment, including installation, upgrade, technical monitoring, performance tuning, and optimization
• Identify and troubleshoot interfaces between SAP and external systems
• Experience with SAP ECC, S4Hana, Portal Administration, PI/PO, Solution Manager, Charm, BW/BW4Hana, SAP Business Object (BOBJ), and SAP Data Services
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide RCA
• Experience with HANA, DB2, MSSQL administration, and Solution Manager
• Identify optimization opportunities in SAP systems landscape and infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, Hana/Db2/MSsql, SSL/SNC Certificate, Support pack stack upgradation, SAP Enhancement package upgrade, SAP Kernel upgrade, and SAP cluster management

Requirements:

• Good communicative skills
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Customer-focused and driven for results
