We Are Hiring: SAP BASIS

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years relevant experience.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong expertise in SAP system installations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Proficient in SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Support Skills:
  • Support disaster recovery and handle high-frequency tickets (L1, L2, L3).
  • Offer on-call support for P1 & P2 issues and seasonal support.
  • Provide 24/7 support for incidents, service requests, problems, and change management (CHARM).
  • Perform DB & storage management, job management, and alert-event-routine management.
• Additional Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP BASIS certification is a plus.
